GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Moneygram customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~KJ: I accidently signed*endorsed the back of my money order that was intended to pay a bill. I was having problems cashing to my bank even though I wrote not used for intended purpose on the back of it. It was mistake I cannot send as bill payment since i already endorsed the backside. My dad told me to white out but i did not want to manipulate the m*o in any way so I left the pay to name as the company I have to pay bill for. **However, my name is underneath in the purchaser spot and i still have the stub as well to prove that i indeed purchased the money order. After talking to customer service she recommended going to a check cashing place to cash it or file a claim which will be $*.**. The m*o amount was $**.** so this is alot of hassle for an honest mistake. BTW check cashing places are not free and i don't understand why my bank wouldn't just cash or deposit it into my bank account. (sigh)

~KJ: For that I would say two out of five.

~KJ: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Moneygram to know who you are.
