~bd: I called Moneygram to reset my password. After going through two reps, the last one told me I was banned from using Moneygram. when I asked why, Melanie said, "I can't tell you that". I asked if I could just start another account, Melanie said, "No, our security software has banned you from our company's services."**All I did was ask to have the password rest.*Do not rely on Moneygram to provide a reliable payment service because they can apparently ban you at any time for any reason.
