~Beentaken: Gave a fraudulent mortgage on my paid off home. Put me into modification BUT I DID not take out the thing to begin with. My spouse of ** years dropped dead suddenly. So my brother has had an irrevocable Power of Attorney since ********. These guys refuse to go after the perpetrator!! When mortgage was given to this person, my payment was more than my social security income. Nationstar refuses to do a thing, but threaten foreclosure every other month.
