~Feeling Duped: I wanted to discuss my escrow - waited ** minutes to find out I had to be transferred, waited another * minutes to find out that the representative did not have the authority to do what I need done and there was no supervisor available. The rep then spent the next ** minutes explaining why they had to have an escrow reserve of **%, just in case I couldn't pay.
