~Patel: I called one of the employee her name is Nancy I don't know they are paying for harrasing customers why they don't have like lipa has you can pay by phone and never has any problems and employees are so well behavior and how to talk to customer. LIPA employees are the best and National grid employees are worst. They only paid for how to harrising the customers and don't help out anything I don't they do know anything about there jobs and I was very unhappy like they are lawyer why these people don't work in lawyer's office.*Is any other company. I would like to switch.Horrible experience neverever even these people don't help you once. horrible experience. I only one name remember NANCY. I don't think so that manager are watching them. that's why these people like they are superior than manager.You can not get any help rediculous people and rediculous system.If you want to pay bill and they are asked you so many questions even lawyer or united states of president never asked us.*Horrib
