~FIX THE NVC!: I called * times and got maybe one helpful person. On the **th of January we called and they said they were processing our visa and had received it. On March *rd they have NO record of it ever being there. They say there is nothing they can do and keep hanging up on me before offering any solution. One person finally offered a solution, but you also have to go through *** attempts to call because of high caller frequency they won't even put you on hold.
