~Herman Rouge Willett: We got charged a cost for insurance with the company and our insurance is with another company. Tried to contact them as soon as it was deducted and never ever ever got anyone, just left message after message after message. We now have no money to pay for essential things we were going to get to day. We were trying to get the money back.
