GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's NetZero customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~NutZeroSuks: The support is a joke. Most of the time you can't even understand what they are saying and it is all scripted. They are smart though. They save the strong English speakers for the cancellation department in the final act of desperation to keep you on the hook. The only way to break the curse that is NetZero is to stick to your guns and flat out demand a complete cancellation of your account with no "special" offers and no gifts just a cancellation confirmation *.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NetZero. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NetZero problem?
~NutZeroSuks: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NutZeroSuks: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NetZero's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NutZeroSuks: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NetZero customers?
~NutZeroSuks: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NetZero to know who you are.
