GetHuman-299878: I received notification of an automatic renewal that I did not authorize. I called the US Customer Service Number listed on that e-mail and requested the charge be removed as well as the software. The Customer Service Agent said he would do it and that the refund would be processed within two to three days. I was surprised and will post the results on this website.
