GetHuman-163515: On Wednesday, January **st, I visited O'Charley's and ordered take out. When I received my order, I noticed there was not any pie. I was expected free pie, after all, they advertise free pie on Wednesdays. Well guess what, I was told that free pie was not included with take-take out orders. Are take out customers not as important as dine-in customers. I think this is stupid policy and will be telling all my friends on Facebook and in person how O'Charley's fails to live up to their advertising promise. I am also going to contact the Better Business Bureau and inform them that O'Charley's is engaged in false advertising.**Customers who dine at O'Charley's beware, they do not always honor their advertising promises.
