GetHuman-113243: OCWEN has the worst telephone answering system EVER. Of the multiple times I called, I only reached a live person once (I wish I remember how I got to the person, but I had to go through SO many prompts I couldn't recreate the steps). Usually, it goes into a voicemail system even though I am calling during OCWEN's business hours. When you finally get to the prompt to leave a voicemail, you get cut-off right after you're prompted to leave a msg, then you get a polite "Good-bye", then the voicemail system hangs-up. Does anyone else out there have a better number than ***-***-**** or ***-***-****?
