~Gotwork: This number leads you to the Spanish line. If you are able to speak in Spanish, or you can ask them to speak in English for you (Habla ingles?), they are able to do the work. I called all the other numbers on my loan. I was trying to process my mortgage payment, and Ocwen decided to upgrade their systems(which may take up to one week!) on the day my mortgage payment was due. Knowing how awful they were when we had our mortgage bought from Homeward,(they made our escrow payment *x our mortgage!) I had to fix it immediately. We've never been late or had a credit problem. This company is a nightmare.

~Gotwork: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gotwork: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gotwork: For that I would say one out of five.

~Gotwork: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ocwen to know who you are.
