~neishag8946: Most rudest customer service personnel I've ever dealt with. Very hostile people. Also, I paid extra fee * same day service just * them * call me back later saying that the only person who could turn my electric on was at a funeral n I had * wait another day & that I shouldn't b mad because they never provide same day service * new customers anyways. WTF??? Why charge the exta fee?
