~Annabelle: Call was picked up within a minute, but they had to transfer me to "new contruction." I held for ** minutes to speak to someone in new contruction, but they dropped the call. I had to call back twice more. Once I finally spoke to new construction, the man said I needed the original number I called and almost transferred me back before I could stop the him. Finally, explained what I needed, a guard light on their pole, but he said they had not installed guard lights in ** years and would not do so. Also said I was not allowed to install a light on their pole. : (

~Annabelle: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Annabelle: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Oncor's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Annabelle: For that I would say four out of five.
