~pcole: When I told that Homewood had me assigned to a smoking room and I had to call several other hotels to find a room, she said our request was only a request and Homewood chose not to honor our request. She then went on line to see if the hotel had non-smoking rooms. When she found out they did she suggested in the future I go on line to Homewood's web site and book thru them.**Why should I use Orbitz if they can't tell me if I had the correct room and they said I needed to book thru the individual hotel web site?**The web site while not rude was conscending.

GetHuman: And what about Orbitz's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pcole: For that I would say five out of five.
