~PagePlus Regret: I got a defective Motorola Citrus phone, PagePlus and Motorola could fix. the phone was only * weeks old, PagePlus wouldn't do anything for me said I had to go to Motorola, Motorola said you have to send in for repair or get replacement from Pageplus. I returned to Page Plus for refund (less **% restocking fee, $**.** postage to return, with insurance*signature receipt. ) Went out and bought a ATT and T phone from a Best Buy mall store. hold times for customer service is at least ** minutes.
