GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Panasonic customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ticked Off: Would not accept what I was saying about the brand new vacuum cleaner I just received. The hose would not connect as directed because the end of the hose was a trapezoid and the hole was a circle. I thought perhaps the wrong hose had been placed in my box and they could just send me the correct one. They insisted that I send a picture of the end of the hose since all their hoses were circular. Well, the one in my box was not. the stood their ground and would not do anything for me so I ended up returning the vacuum to WalMart and I will never purchase a panasonic anything again.

GetHuman: And what about Panasonic's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ticked Off: For that I would say two out of five.
