~Anynomous: Very poor system- receive letters that a claim is paid, then a letter saying that same claim is not -- they inactivate your card - and say you never responded to letters - not true - very disorganzied - no e-mail to write to--- have to call them. They have a website to check your claim - not useful - as it's not up to date. Probably won't do the flexible spending next year - because I don't need the aggrevation just to same a couple of bucks in taxes.

~Anynomous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anynomous: For that I would say one out of five.
