GetHuman-218567: Could not beleive they wouldn't honor last years price.They said that last years price was a one time offer and I now would have to pay $*.** additional for just hard copies. Not a great way to hold onto a good customer.People is more interested in upselling and having everyone go digital. Not much help for someone who runs their own business and just wants an actual magazine for waiting customers to read. Just another added expense for a small business owners. Not happy
