~Colin C: I'm so sick of POF banning me every time i open an account even when i follow every single rule they have posted!! I find it very rude totally disrespectful for any company to keep doing that to there customers and then say well you must have done something wrong, nothing we can do, as a mater of fact even when you Email us, we are still not going to help you, were not even going to give you the time of day or reply to you!! This is kind of behavior is discrimination. I plan to take my concerns to The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario as well as The Ontario Better Business Bureau and i plan on speaking to an attorney about launching a civil lawsuit against Plenty Of Fish.

~Colin C: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Colin C: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Plentyoffish's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Colin C: For that I would say one out of five.
