~esthereagle: no one answered the phone. no one there thought some was wrong with my computer had it served not once but twice. the problem is on plenty of fish site ,Staples says so ,so does Pro computer. pof date site does not even email you back with the username right or claim that your email adress can be found but yet they email me this is the problem some one at plenty of fish have no ideal what they are doing. hopefully they will either update their system , hire some to answer a phone , or just shut the site down
