~sam: THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! THEY DON'T MAKE IT EASY FOR CUSTOMERS TO CONTACT AND THE HORRIBLE ELECTRONIC MULTI-TIERED RECORDING TREE INSURES THAT. POOR SERVICE AND INEFFECTIVE TO BOOT. Customer service line is horrendous in this day and age. Requiring soc sec. * and password is inexcusable when it doesn't work or offices are closed and IT DOESN'T WORK. Can't wait to move my entire fund into one that believes in customer service.
