GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Publisher's Clearing House customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jpb3743@yahoo.com: Somehow I seemed to make my assistant angry. Perhaps it was because I couldn't hear her and asked for better communication. Or that I felt the bulbs were not in good condition when I received them. I would have appreciated her offering to replace them, but did not do so.*She did tell me of guarantee, and if they do not come up, I will request it.*The other shipment I was supposed to receive never arrived. I did pay account owed on account, but feel very tentative about it. Perhaps a bit more courtesy training would be helpful??? I do think if you want to hear from me, having to type letters in box for review shows lack of concern on your part.
