~Kris: Yes. It was middle of the night, on October 29th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's QuickBooks customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kris: I have used Quickbooks Pro since ****. As the years go by I get angrier and angrier at their practices.They force me to buy their so called annual payroll updates, the last one was $***!!! Then they forced me to upgrade the program every * years!!! Now they are saying the $*** payroll update is "standard" and I need to upgrade that will go with the QB ****!!! As near as I can tell QB **** is identical to QB ****!!!Their phone staff all have heavy accents which works in Intuit's favor because you cannot understand their justifications and you finally just give up and hang up in frustration. Companies like Intuit are what is wrong with America today, we are getting nickel and dimed to death. Someone PLEASE write a competitive program PLEASE. Class action suit, I am so IN!!!

~Kris: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kris: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about QuickBooks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kris: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other QuickBooks customers?
~Kris: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for QuickBooks to know who you are.
