~Kim Taylor: Attempted purchase of unlimited minutes three times on ******** on Reachout Wireless web site using my debit card, each time receiving an error message. Finally purchased unlimited minutes via phone using the same debit card. Upon checking my debit card transaction history, learned that Reachout Wireless debited my account for all three of the attempts that gave me error messages. Reachout wireless refuses to refund my money totaling $**.** (* x $**.**) for the three attempts on the web site that gave me error messages.
