~Glenn Hatton: It takes too long to get a chat session started.I ordered a phone upgrade on ****** and and have not received it yet and contact with live chat could give me no timeline as to when i will receive my phone. I wanted a refund and was told i could not get one.So i really think reachout wireless *****.
