~smh: rep and supervisor were both non-empathic and didnt do care about my concerns...didnt ask to do a follow up on my issue and told me that i had to wait for a call back on there service to be disconnected on a phone that i have no minutes on...huh wait to be cancelled upon my request...never heard of such a thing...they claimed i used my minutes up then when i told them it wasnt so, they came up with me using data...i never knew reachout wireless offered internet and ive been with them for over * years...i explained to them the recent number changed and maybe that needed to be looked into and the previous owner of the number usage was showing up...but because i receive the phone for free im a liar...plus i notice last year when i paid for minutes they never went for ** days always ** something days...never got a full month service of minutes i paid for that had unlimited mintues...whats up with that...please do not use them as a carrier...they try to scam you to purchase more minutes yo
