GetHuman-187071: Difficulty in getting representative to transfer me to a technical representative. Lady took a great deal of persuasion to finally get her to pass me on. She thought I wanted to work on systems without a license and blocked me from getting basic system information I would need to intelligently deal with hvac contractors. Once transferred to tech. my questions were basic and he was able to answer them.
