~upibill: GINA YOU ROCK! I have to say one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Rheem you better take care of this woman as she turned a very dissatisfied customer into a very happy one. You cannot pay that kind of talent and ability enough but give her a raise anyway as the kind of service she gives will sell more Rheem systems than all the outside sales people you have. Thanks again Gina. You deserve all the kind words I have written and more!
