~annoyed customer: I tried to reach a customer service person, and I hung up after waiting so long. I gave the operator my prescription *, and was told it was wrong. I never was told I should only use the *st * numbers on the prescription bottle. Don't your people know anything? I went to my local drug store and ordered the prescription. It was worth the *** to get a real person immediately.
