~Kay: I had my first Roku for six years and decided I wanted one of the new ones so I'd have more choices of things I wanted to watch. That was my first mistake.**I have had ** separate communications involving Roku. First it was LiveChat, then email and filling out online forms, then LiveChat again and so on and so on. **I don't believe a word any of Roku's Customer Representatives have told me. I wish there were a place I could display all the documentation I've saved from my communications with these Roku characters over this matter. **Here's what started it all. When I received the Roku * I had ordered December **, ****, it did not work. I went to Roku's website and engaged in LiveChat with Anitha A. It went on from there, **-**-**** and continues to today, **-**-****, involving LiveChat, emails and filling out online forms. I do not believe there will be any resolution and I'm stuck with this useless piece of ****!**Roku's representatives offered to send me a replacement remote. I did n
