~Anna: Rowenta irons are an over priced inferior quality product. I was told that my iron no longer has parts. It is * yrs old. For the price I paid I expected a better product and better service from Rowenta. The iron keeps going off and getting cold while I'm ironing. As in the usual "German" type consumer service (which is NO SERVICE)We also bought a Mercedes Benz and got rid of it fast because of the indifferent service and lack of caring on the part of the company.*Rowenta's service only reinforces my strong resolve to never again purchase another Rowenta product. The indifferent attitude of your telephone staff is unacceptable to me.
