~celia: The customer service email form only generates automatic responses directing you to web pages (which a customer typically already visited before writing). If the issue is not listed, there is no way to solve it. I wanted to add check-in bags but the option online was not functioning. That was not addressed anywhere. And I still have not been able to do it (my flight leaves in ** hours). Yesterday, I could not proceed with check in because I was registered as a "child" (not by me!) and wouldn't accept my birth date. Only solved with an international call. How many international toll calls will I have to make to get it right?!
