~Who are you people???: What a bunch of incompetent, unprofessional, and lack of human services I have ever experienced. At one point I thought I was on candid camera and being tested myself. If a customer is upset, don't try and sell them other service, don't ask for my e-mail and get me a supervisor!!! You are a joke!!!
