GetHuman-108963: First cutomer service rep (Ari) was rude and veery hard to understand. sounded like their mic was to close to their mouth. This person hung up whae I had to explain in detail what I was calling for. *My second service rep (Bill) was kind, polite and professional. He was abble to handle my questions IRT the delivery of our BBQ. I would rate Bill as a * on Quality of service and a * on Quality of communication.
