~wv16950: In **** purchased Shark Navigator Model NV*****. In none of the paperwork attached was it advised not to take the vacuum apart, other than to clean out filters. * days ago the vacuum started to make a sucking noise, such as a vacuum leak on a car. Took vacuum apart and clean out filters, etc. Put back together still making same sucking noise. Called *-***-***-**** today and explained all to rep there. Was advised that since we took vacuum apart it had voided warranty. Will never purchase one of this companies products again.
