~jtrout711: shark products are great when they work. i have a vacuum I purchased in **** that came with a free steam mop. within the first couple months the steam mop broke i called in several months later but they wouldnt do anything because it was over a year,understandable Now my vacuum is broke the rep. was great walked me through troubleshooting did all she asked machine still not working now she tells me i can mail vacuum back and i have to pay shipping will be w*o for *-*- weeks or I can purchase a new one for discounted rate.what a rip off I have to pay I wasnt told that when they took my ***.** VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!
