~Unlimited my butt: Simple Mobile's customer service is the absolute worst. I asked why my data was turned off, the rep. couldn't answer the question. All the rep. did was read the terms and conditions. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they transferred me to the automatated system that told me the terms and conditions again. Simple Mobile outsources their customer service to Mexico and the Phillipines. Keep trying and you will get a customer service rep. from the U.S.
