GetHuman-306753: ** day wait to turn on service. S ca gas needs to hire more people to meet the demand of there customers especially since they are a proprietary business. Customer have no choice and obviously this gas company does not believe in customer service. We are relocating from NY and first rental fell through, my husband gets to Ca frantic to find a place that would sign lease with immediate move in date, now we have no gas... Cold showers...no laundry... Welcome to California! Dishonorable. S ca gas does not have a waiting list for cancelations but I am welcome to keep calling to see if at time of my call there is a sooner appt available! Ridiculous!
