~upste customer: I was waiting for a supervisor, put on hold * times, then when transferred the call dropped. This is my *rd call today to get answers to the credit that was processed * days ago, which my financial institution has no record of. They are telling me that it takes *-** days to process a refund. That is wrong. Electronic banking is an immediate transaction. They are cueing the refunds over time to take advantage of the customers funds they have received.
