~Customer Service is Aweful!!: Customer Service is Horrifying to deal with. Everyone is from India & makes up an American name & no one knows who you spoke to last. I have a list of times, dates & names for * wks that I have called everyday trying to get a replacement phone for the Galaxy S* that I purchased * months ago & the speaker isn't working.*-* days processing to ship back to me...if I hear that * more time I am going to flip my wig. No one can ever give you a straight answer. After waiting over an hour & *** for someone to answer the *x, they keep telling you to hold another *mins, & another* & another*. next thing you know u have been on the phone *hrs & no resolution. *st they never rec'd phone, then it's there after I called them with all the FedEx confirmation of recpt. I'm so frustrated & they act like it's no big deal. My mom is in a hospital & I have no phone. Srvc w*AT&T tower is great but Customer Srvc...I'd rather have my hair pulled out * at a time! Unreal! Never Again. Run as fast as you can if
