~venna: Date Occurred: ***********Reported Damages: $***.***Location:Straight Talk Return Center* **** Reeves Rd Suite **** Plainfield, IN ******* On May **,**** I talked with a customer service representative from Straight Talk wireless to see how to fix my cell phone nothing could be done, it was a problem with their parts. They told me to send it back to them that I would receive a email from them with the information on how to send the phone back. It took * day for them to send me that email. On May ** I received the email, I packed the phone and sent it back to them that same day. The FedEx report said they received the phone on May **. On the **th I call and the recording said I would receive it in * to * business days. After the fifth day I still hadn't received my phone, from that point on I've got noting but the run around from their customer service stuff. Each time I've call they tell me I'm speaking with manager and that my is being processed to be shipped or has already been sh
