~PaulyB: I HATE calling this company! Within the past two weeks I've called this company * times and I've found that they have the worst customer service EVER! They CONSTANTLY put you on hold after every question you ask, I suppose because they don't know the answers, then they don't give clear answers to your questions! Besides that they don't speak clear english. They claimed they have been trying to contact me at one point and yet I received NOT A SINGLE phonecall or email from them (so how exactly did they try to contact me then.. ESP????!) I don't usually care to complain about a company but Straight talk is truly a PAIN!

~PaulyB: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PaulyB: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PaulyB: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Straight Talk customers?
~PaulyB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
