~anonymous: I bought a.phone at a yard sale & bought straight talk activation kit . Got hooked up made *phone call but could not get on the internet but to late can only talk to machines,then phone quits& a rerecording says phone is blocked. Have to wait till morning. Call & get disconnected * times after machine tells.I need to speak to a rep. When I finally speak to a human he gets it to work & I receive * calls but still no internet when I try later. Alas to late again no humans. Morning &I start calling again sadly. Finally they say I need to call at&t. Turns out to be stolen. Then I go buy a new phone get home try to activate (late) & the stupid machine tells me I am not giving it proper numbers to match up &again get disconnected * more times .now I get to wait for morning again its been * days Iwith no phone &tomorrow is Sunday I am thrilled

~anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.

~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
