GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonomous: I bought the IPhone * at Walmart and signed up for unlimited Straight Talk Service. What a joke! I have had the phone * months and they overseas tech support still can not get *G to work. I can only use the data with wireless. They told me it was the phone so I went to Atlanta to the IPhone Store....they tested it and told me it was a Carrier problem. The carrier is not speaking the same language as Apple IPhones. I have been on the phone with these jokers several times with call length up to * hours....still not working with *G. Guess I will be going back to Verizon. At least when I pay for service I will be able to use it.*Straight Talk needs to bring customer service back to the good ole USA! And hire Americans who have the ability to communicate. If someone wants to speak another language, give them the option.

~Anonomous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonomous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonomous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Straight Talk customers?
~Anonomous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
