GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~m.shepard: I called customer service on *-**-****. I was told I had to go back to wal-mart and purchase a activation card. The woman on the phone said she couldn't do anything until I did that. Wal-mart employee told me I could call straightalk and do everything on the phone. So finally after talking with this woman for ** min she decides I can make this purchase with her. She transfers me to someone to transfer my number. The next representative supposedly checks the numbers, says my phone isn't compatible and tells me to have a nice day before HE ends the call. Very frustrated I asked my mother if she can talk to these ignorant people. Needless to say, she purchased the activation code and the phone IS COMPATIBLE! I believe the people I dealt with were reading their screen and have no experience what so ever. I don't believe they know their products or services. They also don't know how to do their job. I got my phone number transferred to my new phone today *-**-****. This lady said my other
