~Unhappy Customer: I paid by phone in January and forgot that it was on auto-pay. My bank statement shows * charges on the same date. NOW TO GET IT STRAIGHTENED UP YOUR OFFICE WANTS MY COMPLETE BANK STATEMENT - MY PHONE SHOWS ** DAYS SERVICE LEFT WITH SERVICE END DAT OF *-**-**. THE SERVICE REP SAID IT WAS AN ERROR!!!!!
