~happy customer: I spoke with Kevin and he was very helpful in transferring my phone number to my new phone and also taking care of an instruction booklet for my new phone as I bought it on ebay. This was very important to me as my husband is disabled and all of the government agencies have my number listed. It would have been very difficult to start over with a new number.
