GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-254232: I suggest anyone who try's going through this company stays away. I have had no phone now for over a month. I sent my defective phone back to the ** days ago through fed ex as they told me they would be sending me a new one as soon as mine got shipped to their warehouse. However about ** some phone calls to them and endless hours on the phone along with them losing my case information I am still stuck today without a phone. I have already reported them to the FCC as they have taken up to much of my time and energy. These people with transfer your call from rep to rep and they are all rude and no help. Or they will flat out hang up on you or just flat out walk away from the phone. Beware. I will hopefully receive my phone and be able to use the full minutes I purchased that have been unused. However one those minutes are up I will not sing back up with them. As a first time user I am so beyond angry with them.
