~Cindy: Still waiting can't get a person on phone have tried for days and am always on hold! Customer service ***** I don't think there is anyone there and if there is and they are that busy there should be a way toleave a message or they should take our number back and return the call when they get done eating lunch,doing their nails or picking their noses. This is horrible I have had my phone for * years and the first time I have trouble I can't get the help I have been promised and pay for if someone doesn't come through soon very soon I will be switching
